We handle most common notarial acts, including:

  • Acknowledgments (the most common — confirming you signed willingly)

  • Jurats / oaths & affirmations

  • Power of attorney (POA) documents

  • Real estate and loan signing packages

  • Permission-to-travel / minor consent letters

What to bring

  • Valid, unexpired photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID.

  • The document — unsigned. Don't sign it ahead of time; most acts require you to sign in front of the notary.

  • All signers present. Everyone signing has to be there with their own ID.

  • Any required witnesses (some documents need them — check with us first if you're unsure).

A family shaped by service

Olympia Notary is a military family operation. Heather runs the work — meeting clients, checking IDs, and putting stamp to paper — as the spouse of a disabled Army veteran. Their daughter Jay works right alongside her.

Showing up for people is kind of the family trade around here. Between military life and a household that's always pitched in for neighbors, “who do we call?” usually ended with one of us figuring it out. Olympia Notary is just that instinct turned into a job — the notary comes to you, the paperwork gets done right, and you deal with an actual person the whole way through. No hold music, no upsell, no runaround.

Service has shaped this whole household, so we get what the military community is up against — the deadlines, the short-notice moves, the paperwork that has to be exactly right the first time. That same standard goes into every signing we do, military or not. We Are ON.
