After-Hours Appointment

What it is: Scheduled mobile notary service outside standard business hours — evenings, weekends, and holidays. Booked in advance, not last-minute. Good fit if your daytime won't cooperate, you've got a weekend real estate closing, or you need a notary at a hospital, care facility, or jobsite outside normal hours.

What we do: I come to your location — home, office, hospital, care facility, coffee shop, wherever works — verify each signer's identity, witness signatures, apply my notary stamp and seal, complete the certificate, and log the act in my notary journal. I handle acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, copy certifications, loan signings, and apostille prep.

What to bring:

• A valid, current, government-issued photo ID for every signer (driver's license, state ID, passport, military ID, tribal ID)

• The document, unsigned — do not sign anything before I get there

• Any extra witnesses your document requires (I can bring one impartial witness if requested ahead of time; anyone beyond that is on you)

• A clean, well-lit place to sit and sign

What to expect: I'll confirm the appointment details and your location ahead of time, and we'll lock in an arrival window when you book. When I arrive, ID check comes first — I have to legally confirm every signer is who they say they are. I'll briefly explain what type of notarial act each signature is, but I can't give legal advice or tell you what to put in the document. Signing happens in my presence, then stamp, seal, journal entry, and you walk away with a properly notarized document.
